When can I expect my order?
Delivery usually takes 7–15 days. If you are located elsewhere, no worries — we still deliver to you, but it may take a little longer. If you have any questions, feel free to email us at info@alpiska.com.

When will my order be processed?
We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We process orders from Monday to Friday, and you can expect your order to be handled within 1–3 business days and shipped the following day. Please note that we do not ship packages on weekends.

How can I track my package?
Once your order has been processed, we will send you a tracking code that you can use to track your package on our website. Simply enter your email address and order number, and you're all set! And don’t worry — if you lost your tracking code or entered the wrong email address, we’re here to help.
